Joshua came out on a Saturday when we were having an issue with our door mechanism. He quickly resolved the issue and provided some routine maintenance to prolong the spring life of the opener.

We had him look at our other garage door that did not have an opener. He gave us a very reasonable quote to install one and came out to install it the following Monday morning. He was prompt and courteous and communicated with us throughout the process. Thanks Joshua!

I called Twin City Garage Doors on Wednesday afternoon and spoke with the owner Josh. He spoke to me about the problem with my door over the phone and gave me a price upfront. He was there the next day and within the time frame he'd promised. He was extremely quick and had replaced my broken springs in about an hour. After he'd finished he took me through a step by step explanation of all he'd done and made sure the door was working properly. He was super friendly, fast and efficient. He drove an hour each way to get to my house but said he'd gladly come and fix any hiccups pronto, but I don't anticipate any because he was confident in standing behind his work. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their garage door and is looking for a fantastic job at a fair price.

Josh was the third garage door rep to come to my house, the first two told me my garage door needed to be replaced. The second one wanted to me to pay 4 thousand, which was double the first. Josh told me that he could fix my door for less than half the first quote of 2000 bucks. He was on time and finished super quickly. Quality guy and exemplary service.

It is Thursday afternoon and my garage door spring snaps and my wife’s car is trapped, I get home from work and call Twin City Garage around 530 and he was able to get to my house by 645 and had the door working better than new in less than an hour allowing my wife to get to work tomorrow. Very friendly and was great with my small children helping out, would highly recommend.
